Bulgaria's Central Election Commission (CIK) will draw lots at 10:30am tomorrow to set the order in which the presidential and vice-presidential candidates speak to voters before the runoff, the commission said.

The draw will be held in the National Assembly building. The envelopes in the box are all the same size. Each holds the names of the candidates in the runoff and the name of the party, coalition or initiative committee that put them forward. The order in which the envelopes are drawn sets the order of the speeches.

On 30 October, the last day of campaigning between the two rounds, the candidates will speak on Bulgarian National Television and Bulgarian National Radio. Each address can last up to 10 minutes.

The runoff is on Sunday, 1 November. Iliana Yotova and Kiril Valchev will face Andrey Gyurov and Georgi Kandev.

In the first round, Yotova and Valchev won 528,951 valid votes and Gyurov and Kandev won 486,232.
