Bulgaria's clocks go back one hour at 4:00 am on Sunday, 25 October, returning to standard time, the Bulgarian Institute of Metrology said.
The Council of the European Union says that under the current directive, member states change the time on the last Sunday of March and the last Sunday of October. Clocks go forward to summer time on the last Sunday of March. They go back to standard, or "winter", time on the last Sunday of October.
