Bulgaria's weather service has issued a yellow warning for strong wind today in 14 regions, including Haskovo and Kardzhali.

The warning covers all of Silistra, Dobrich, Burgas, Varna, Shumen, Yambol, Sliven, Haskovo and Kardzhali regions. In Smolyan, Plovdiv, Stara Zagora, Razgrad and Targovishte, it applies only to parts of the region.

The wind will blow from the north-northeast. It will be moderate in many places and strong in the east.

The Black Sea coast will be cloudy. Rain will fall in many places, and it will last longer along the southern coast.
