Bulgaria's Interior Ministry has received 168 reports of breaches of election law and of citizens' political rights since the presidential campaign began, the ministry said. The figures come from its Situation Centre and are up to date as of 2 pm today.

Most reports, 143, are about vote buying. Six are about unlawful campaigning, one is about corporate voting, and 18 are about other breaches linked to the election.

Police have opened 6 criminal cases, and 4 of them are for crimes under articles 167–169g of the Criminal Code. Two fast-track proceedings have also begun. Police have drawn up 1,226 warning reports.

Police have carried out 180 special operations across Bulgaria to prevent and stop crimes against citizens' political rights.

The campaign ended at midnight, under the timetable set by the Central Election Commission. Today is a day of reflection, and voting is on 25 October. It is also banned to publish results on how the vote is going.

Under the Electoral Code, campaigning is not allowed in the 24 hours before election day, or on election day itself.
