The new feature shows up in both the mobile and web versions of the electronic health record. The "Your dental status" button opens a chart of all teeth, permanent and baby teeth alike, and clicking a tooth shows the check-ups and treatments it has had.

Dentists enter the data into the National Health Information System. Each time a dentist logs a new check-up, the record updates automatically. Old entries stay visible too, so the full treatment history can be tracked.

Each check-up record shows the state of the teeth, the treatment given, and any documents attached. It also lists the dentist's name, the clinic, the start and end dates of treatment, and how it was paid for. Each treatment record also shows what procedures were done and on which teeth.

Users must update the app to version 2026.9.30 to see the new feature, the health ministry's press office said. The eZdrave app, run by Information Services JSC, gives access to more than 750,000 health records. It was officially launched at the end of September 2022 and gives access to all electronic health services.

The ministry's press office says tracking dental check-ups is one of the features users asked for most.
