Bulgaria's power exchange price for tomorrow is €241.49/MWh, 5.88% above today's

Data from the Bulgarian Independent Energy Exchange (IBEX) after trading closed show that the average day-ahead price, excluding VAT, exceeds today's price of €208.40 per megawatt hour.

Electricity for delivery tomorrow, 9 October, sold on the day-ahead market at an average of €241.49 per megawatt hour, excluding VAT, the Bulgarian Independent Energy Exchange (IBEX) said. That is 5.88% more than today's price of €208.40 per megawatt hour.

Trading for tomorrow has closed. The average price in peak hours, from 09:00 to 20:00, is €222.01 per megawatt hour. In off-peak hours, from 01:00 to 08:00 and from 21:00 to 24:00, it is €260.97. Day-ahead deals totalled 90,649.45 megawatt hours.

On the intraday market, the weighted average price at the time of publication is €198.71 per megawatt hour, excluding VAT, for 60-minute products and €196.96 for 15-minute products.
