Shares of "Sirma Group" AD saw their highest trading activity during the last weekly session, with the lot price jumping 6.17 percent to 0.79 euro. A total of 88,224 lots were transferred through 72 completed trades, generating a turnover of 68,550 euro. This interest follows important corporate news, as reported by the company via the media portal – the acquisition of the Australian company "Jucari Global" (Jucari Global Pty Ltd) has now been finalized. Through this acquisition, "Sirma" owns 51 percent of the capital of the Perth, Western Australia-based firm, which provides technological services for logistics and supply chains, and exercises full control over it. All conditions precedent under the share purchase agreement and the shareholders' agreement, signed on August 13, 2026, and announced on the same date, have been met. The remaining 49 percent of "Jucari Global"'s capital remains with the founder, with the agreement providing for put and call options on them in the medium term.

The total trading value on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) main market reached 7.18 million euro. The following activity was observed in the other market segments:

  • Alternative Market: turnover of 523,110 euro;
  • MTF BSE International: turnover of 58,837 euro;
  • "Beam" Market: turnover of nearly 8,000 euro.

Most stock market indicators ended the week in the red. The SOFIX index retreated by 0.53 percent to 1,451.76 points, while the BGTR30 dropped by 0.30 percent to 1,136.59 points. Declines were also noted in BGBX40 and BGREIT, which fell by 0.34 percent to 237.37 points and 0.07 percent to 241.96 points, respectively. The only index to show positive momentum was beamX, which added 0.62 percent to reach 125.30 points.

Individual results for leading companies during the session were:

  • "Dovrie Obedinen Holding" AD: shares decreased by 3.93 percent to 6.84 euro per share, recording 30 trades for 11,338 lots with a value slightly above 78,000 euro;
  • "Sopharma" AD: increased by 0.40 percent to 2.52 euro per share;
  • "Shelly Group" ED: retreated by 0.16 percent to 64.3 euro per share;
  • "Advance Terrafond" ADIC: a decline of 0.34 percent to 1.45 euro per share;
  • "Eurohold Bulgaria" AD: a decrease of 1.56 percent to 1.26 euro per lot.
