Parliament ended its session half an hour early on Thursday because too few MPs were in the chamber for a quorum. They did not get to vote on the second reading of changes to the Clean Ambient Air Act.

The government put forward the changes. Venko Sabrutev of "We Continue the Change" asked for a quorum check before voting on the texts began.

The first check showed 119 MPs in the chamber. A quorum needs at least 121. Raya Nazaryan, who was chairing the session, called a break, but the board still showed 119 MPs afterwards. After a second check, the session was closed.
