Bulgaria has built more than 170 social services for elderly people under its National Recovery and Resilience Plan, labour and social policy minister Natalia Efremova said.
The new facilities include day centres and residential care homes, Efremova said. She added that every existing care home in the country has now been renovated.
Efremova spoke at the opening of a new care home for elderly people in the village of Lipnitsa, Vratsa region.
