A crash happened on the road between Lyubimets and Svilengrad on 24 September 2026, when a 49-year-old driver lost control of his Opel. The car crossed into the oncoming lane and flipped over.
The man was hurt in the crash and taken to Plovdiv University Hospital for treatment. Police have opened a criminal case over the incident.
