SOFIX closes up 1.31% on Bulgarian Stock Exchange

The Bulgarian Stock Exchange's main index rose to 1,510.58 points, with First Investment Bank shares the most heavily traded.

SOFIX, the main index on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, closed today's session at 1,510.58 points, up 1.31%.

BGBX40 gained 0.84% to 245.62 points, and BGTR30 rose 0.27% to 1,155.15 points. BGREIT held steady at 243.81 points, while beamX dropped 0.60% to 126.66 points.

Trades on the exchange's main market totaled nearly €780,000, while the alternative market saw turnover of €900. Trading on the Beam market brought in turnover of €9,589, while the MTF BSE International segment reached nearly €670,000.

First Investment Bank shares stayed the most traded, with 43 deals covering 45,570 lots and turnover of nearly €200,000. The bank's stock rose 2.76% to €4.46 a share.

Shelly Group shares rose 0.30% to €65.80 a share, with 22 deals covering 559 lots and turnover of €36,643. Doverie United Holding shares fell 1.43% to €6.9 a lot.

Sopharma Trading rose 0.64% to €3.16 a share, while Eurohold Bulgaria shares jumped 7.14% to €1.5 a share.
