SOFIX, the main index of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, closed today at 1,470.11 points, up 0.24%.
Other indices rose too: BGBX40 gained 0.30% to 241.62 points, BGREIT climbed 1.24% to 243.26 points, and BGTR30 added 0.52% to 1,152.40 points. Only beamX fell, down 1.62% to 126.61 points.
Turnover on the main market reached 9.17 million euros, while 6.45 million euros changed hands on the alternative market. Trading on the Beam market totaled nearly 172,000 euros, and about 240,000 euros traded on the MTF BSE International segment.
Shelly Group EAD drew the most interest, with 54 deals for 3,438 lots worth 229,144 euros. Its price dropped 0.60% to 66.4 euros a share.
The company said yesterday that SE 2026 A SAS has filed a voluntary tender offer with the Financial Supervision Commission to buy all shares of Shelly Group. The buyer is an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Schneider Electric SE.
The offer price of 70.00 euros per share was announced on 24 September 2026, and the minimum acceptance threshold stays at 95%. Shareholders can only accept the offer once the regulator approves the offer document and it is published — that's when the acceptance period starts.
Gradus AD, the second most traded stock, saw 34 deals for 83,808 lots worth 95,524 euros, with the price up 0.87% to 1.16 euros a share.
Other gainers included Advance Terrafund ADSITZ, up 2.83% to 1.45 euros a lot, Sirma Group Holding, up 2.25% to 0.81 euros, and Smart Organic AD, up 1.14% to 17.8 euros a share. Sopharma AD shares fell 1.93% to 2.54 euros a share.
