117 fires extinguished in the country over the last 24 hours

According to the Ministry of Interior, 145 signals were responded to over the past 24 hours, with two people injured during fire and rescue operations.

Two people were injured during 145 fire and rescue calls over the past 24 hours, according to the General Directorate "Fire Safety and Civil Protection" – Ministry of Interior. In information published on the department's website as of 6:00 a.m. this morning, it is specified that firefighting teams responded to a total of 145 emergency reports.

Of these calls, 117 fires were successfully extinguished. Direct property damage occurred in 27 cases: seven cases affected residential buildings, one involved industrial property, 11 involved vehicles, two affected forest areas, and one affected agricultural land.

An additional 90 fires resulted in no property damage. These are distributed as follows:

Alongside the fires, teams carried out 27 rescue activities and assistance operations, three of which were related to vehicle accidents. Five false alarms were also noted.
