Police in Harmanli have detained a 38-year-old Volkswagen driver who had 2.47 promille of alcohol on a breathalyser, the Haskovo regional police directorate (ODMVR) said in its bulletin on 8 October.

Officers stopped the man for a check and tested him with a breathalyser. He refused to give a blood sample.
