DPS leader Delyan Peevski told reporters in the parliament lobby that his party will propose sending the billions set aside "to fill coffers" to defence, public security, energy compensation and compensation for food prices.
Peevski said annexes are about to be signed for the Hemus motorway at prices three times higher. He said the rise is 300%, and 160% for guardrails.
The DPS leader believes the ruling parties are planning huge spending but are waiting for the elections to pass, so that there are no scandals with the media and the opposition and their presidential candidate is not harmed. After that, he said, "insane spending" will start through the Road Infrastructure Agency (API) and through Shishkov, filling the coffers of oligarchs and a circle of companies.
Peevski accused the ruling parties of coming to power with a promise to change things, and asked them what they are changing.
He ended his statement with the words: "Everything is in the dark. That is over, and DPS will shed light on everything they want to pocket."
