Bulgaria's financial watchdog has published a list of six websites that offer crypto services without a licence. The people behind them must stop within three days of the decision being published.
The Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) took the decision under the Financial Supervision Commission Act and the Crypto-Assets Markets Act. It names the sites that may not provide such services. The publication itself serves as notice to those involved to stop.
The FSC also named a seventh site. Through it, a person with no right to provide investment services in Bulgaria is offering exactly such services. The publication is notice in this case too, and the deadline is the same: three days from publication of the decision.
BTA recalls that since 1 July this year only licensed companies can offer crypto services in the EU.
