A poster exhibition called "Black and White" opens on 14 October at the Petko Churchuliev Art Gallery in Dimitrovgrad, the gallery said. It is the second edition. The first was held in 2018 in the Old Town of Plovdiv.

Curators say the show comes back after eight years in a new context. Six painters take part: Svetlin Balezdrov, Rositsa Bochukova, Damyan Damyanov, Stoyan Dechev, Stefan Chinov and Petar Chuchuligov.

Through black and white posters, the artists show events, social problems, personal views and different attitudes to the world around us.

The gallery is seen as Bulgaria's biggest collection of theatre posters. It holds about 1,200 posters from the years when Dimitrovgrad hosted the National Biennial of Theatre Posters.
