China wants to be a reliable and responsible partner in Bulgaria's modernisation, Chinese foreign minister Wang Yi told prime minister Rumen Radev. He spoke at the start of full talks between the Chinese delegation and the Bulgarian prime minister.
Wang Yi, who leads the delegation, is on an official visit to Bulgaria.
The minister said the two countries have a deep tradition of cooperation. China is ready to work with its Bulgarian friends to build deeper mutual political trust, he said.
The aim, Wang Yi said, is more tangible, real projects that benefit the people of both countries.
