The Municipal Council will consider nine items on the agenda of its upcoming 34th regular meeting, with the determination of the number and composition of the standing committees being among the main topics.
The list of proposals also includes decisions related to the management of municipal property and territorial planning:
- approval of a task and permit for the development of a detailed urban plan;
- changing the designation of parts of land plots that are under public municipal ownership;
- the sale of property – private municipal property, through a public auction with open bidding or through a publicly announced competition.
During the same session, the update of the annual program of the Minernali Bani Municipality for 2026 will be discussed, which aims at property management and disposal. Simultaneously, the councilors will make a decision regarding the signing of a settlement with a private company. This act is related to a legal dispute arising from unpaid obligations under the management contract for the project "Mineral paths, vacations and nature in a blink".
The agenda also includes a matter affecting the staffing of the "Social Rehabilitation Center". A vote is scheduled regarding the granting of additional remuneration to the center's employees, which must take into account their professional experience and length of service.
