Electricity prices for businesses on the exchange will jump 10.75% tomorrow, data from the Bulgarian Independent Energy Exchange show. The average price for delivery on 29 September is 161.82 euros per megawatt-hour without VAT, up from 146.11 euros at yesterday's close for today.
During peak hours, from 9am to 8pm, tomorrow's average price is 132.80 euros per megawatt-hour. Off-peak power, delivered from 1am to 8am and from 9pm to midnight, costs 190.84 euros.
Traders sold a total of 101,823.15 megawatt-hours of electricity on the day-ahead segment.
For 60-minute products on the intraday segment, the weighted average price is 93.93 euros per megawatt-hour without VAT, while for 15-minute products it reaches 125.17 euros.
