Parliament speaker Mihaela Dotsova closed the session when time ran out, after two breaks earlier in the day caused by technical problems.
Both breaks came in the sitting's final two and a half hours. MPs went into recess right after voting on changes to the Civil Procedure Code at second reading, and the break dragged on because the technical fault hadn't been fixed yet.
The Civil Procedure Code changes were the only thing MPs voted on all day.
