Bulgaria recorded 19 serious road crashes in the past 24 hours. Twenty-six people were injured and no one died, the Interior Ministry press office said.
In Sofia, there was one serious crash and 29 minor ones over the same period. One person was hurt.
Since the start of the month, 26 people have died on the roads and 409 have been injured.
Since the start of 2026, 394 people have died and 6,811 have been injured on the roads. That is 57 more deaths than in the same period of 2025, when the actual figure was 337.
