The campaign for the 25 October election ended at midnight, as the Central Election Commission's timetable requires. Saturday is a day of reflection.
No one may campaign or publish results on that day. Under the Electoral Code, campaigning is banned for 24 hours before election day and on election day itself.
Polling agencies may not publish opinion polls about the election in any form. The ban covers the whole of Bulgaria. It runs from 24 hours before the vote until voting ends.
If the race goes to a runoff on 1 November, campaigning for it will end at midnight on 30 October.
