Bozhidar Bozhanov, co-leader of Yes, Bulgaria, says the government broke the Electoral Code by joining the election campaign through its official channels. He wrote on Facebook that he wants the Central Election Commission to rule at once.

Bozhanov says the prime minister said the budget would be kept secret until the election, although by law it must be submitted by 31 October. "They are probably hiding it because it will hold more disappointing things that will not motivate people to vote," he wrote.

Prime Minister Rumen Radev said today at the opening of the Sofia Economic Forum that the 2027 budget will be presented next week.

Bozhanov claims the government is breaking one law and plans to break another to save Yotova from defeat. In his view, she is clearly running as the prime minister's vice president. Bozhanov believes Radev is panicking as he tries to save her campaign, but will fail because trust in the government and in Yotova is falling fast.

Radev spoke to journalists for the first time about the results of the first round of the presidential election. He said the "sglobka" politicians see the vote as a battle of life and death and would drag the country into war without hesitation.

A message from Ivo Hristov to Bozhanov says the choice is "between peace and war, between democracy and the corrupt model of the sglobka, and between calm truth and the hysteria of the trolls". Bozhanov replied that "war and peace" is a false dilemma invented by the sglobka and trolls, and that fear does not bring success.

Everyone wants peace, he wrote, and Gyurov and Kandev have given a guarantee that the corrupt model will not reboot through a bought and controlled vote. Bozhanov says that in recent weeks quite a few troll farms working for Yotova and Progressive Bulgaria have been identified.

The co-leader of Yes, Bulgaria also believes the ruling parties, despite having a full majority in parliament, can do almost nothing and blame the opposition.

"The choice is between a clear foreign policy and bowing down, between the future and the past," Bozhanov wrote. He said it is also a choice between a balance of powers and a concentration of power.
